Merge PDF

Combine several PDF files into one document in your browser. Reorder files, see page counts, and download instantly. Free, private, no upload.

Your files never leave your device. Merging happens entirely in your browser. Password-protected PDFs cannot be merged.

    How to merge PDF files

    1. Drop your PDF files in the box above, or click it to choose them from your phone or computer.
    2. Arrange them in the right order using the ↑ and ↓ buttons, or drag them on a computer. Remove any file with ✕.
    3. Optionally change the file name, for example Juan-DelaCruz-Requirements.pdf.
    4. Click Merge PDFs, then Download merged PDF.

Example: combining requirements for an online application

Many government agencies, schools and employers in the Philippines ask you to upload all requirements as a single PDF. Say you have application-form.pdf (2 pages), valid-id.pdf (1 page) and transcript.pdf (3 pages). Add all three, check that the order matches the checklist, and merge. You get one 6-page PDF ready to upload. If a requirement is a photo instead of a PDF, convert it first with the JPG to PDF tool, then merge.

    Private by design

Many online PDF tools upload your documents to their servers. This one does not: the PDF library runs in your browser, so your IDs, payslips and certificates stay on your device. It also works offline once the page has loaded.

    Frequently asked questions

Are my PDF files uploaded to a server?

No. The PDFs are combined inside your browser using your own device. Your files are never uploaded, stored or seen by anyone, which matters for documents like payslips, IDs and bank statements.

    Why can’t I merge a password-protected PDF?

Encrypted PDFs cannot be read without the password, so this tool cannot copy their pages. Open the file with its password (for example in Chrome or Edge), choose Print, then “Save as PDF” to make an unprotected copy, and add that copy here.

Is there a limit on the number of files or pages?

There is no fixed limit. Because everything runs on your device, very large files (hundreds of MB in total) may be slow or fail on phones with little memory. On a computer, dozens of files are usually fine.

Will merging reduce the quality of my documents?

No. Pages are copied as they are, so text, scans and images keep their original quality. The merged file is usually about the same size as all the files added together.

My online application only accepts one PDF. How do I combine my requirements?

Add all your requirements here (for example: application form, valid ID, NBI or police clearance, diploma), put them in the order the agency asks for, then click Merge and upload the single combined PDF.
