What we do

We list remote jobs from employers. We check listings before they go up, but we are not the employer, a recruitment agency or a party to any job. Hiring decisions, pay and working conditions are between you and the employer.

For job seekers

• Using the board is free. We never charge applicants.
• Do your own checks before sharing personal documents or starting work.
• If a listing asks you to pay, or looks wrong, tell us at hello@kodigolabs.com.

For employers

• Listings must be real, remote and open to people based in the Philippines.
• No fees for applicants, no misleading pay, no pyramid or recruitment schemes, nothing illegal.
• Follow the labor and data privacy laws that apply to you and your hires.
• We may edit a listing for clarity, decline it, or remove it at any time.
• Free launch listings run for about 30 days. Paid and featured listings, when they start, will have their own terms shown at checkout.

No guarantees

Listings are provided as they are. We can't promise that a job is still open, that information is complete, or that you'll be hired or receive applicants. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for losses from using the board or dealing with an employer or applicant.
